Política de devoluciones

El usuario dispone de un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales desde la entrega notificada por el transportista para poder manifestar cualquier queja sobre el producto adquirido, sin que ello lleve consigo gasto alguno.

La garantía en la compra del producto cosmético, imputable exclusivamente al fabricante del mismo, es de dos años.

El usuario/comprador debe conservar el embalaje original del artículo recibido, incluida la etiqueta impresa por la empresa de transporte, y deberá proporcionar pruebas que permitan justificar el motivo de la devolución. Ardilaya SL podrá aceptar la devolución en cuyo caso el usuario/comprador deberá devolver el artículo adquirido en el mismo estado en el que lo haya recibido a Ardilaya SL antes de transcurridos 14 días naturales desde la fecha en la que Ardilaya SL haya sido informada del ejercicio de este derecho. Los gastos de devolución será gratuito para el usuario/comprador. El reembolso comprenderá el precio abonado por el artículo, y los gastos de envío.

Una vez el transportista notifiqué a Ardilaya SL la entrega o puesta a disposición del envío, esta, automáticamente, procederá a ejecutar la orden de reembolso.

Si Ardilaya no aceptase la devolución, deberá comunicar al usuario/consumidor las razones para el rechazo, sin perjuicio de poder efectuar un reembolso parcial del precio pagado.

Modo de empleo

In the morning, apply half a pump per eye with your fingertips. Apply around the eyes, on the outer corners and on the brow bone. Apply the gel in small touches until it is completely absorbed. Do not apply the product to the inner corners of the eyes, near the nasolacrimal duct (tear duct), or on the upper eyelids. Then apply photoprotector.

It is normal for vitamin C products to darken after opening as a result of exposure to light and air. The formula will still be effective. Once opened, it is recommended to use it within 3 months of first use.
